物流配送

一、物流追踪服务

每个包裹均配备专属 SD 追踪单号,可全程查询从英国到目的地的完整物流轨迹,您可通过以下两种方式查询物流状态:

登录D2CHINA官网,进入「个人中心」,在订单页面直接追踪包裹物流;

凭包裹专属 SD 单号,在国内第三方查询平台(快递100、菜鸟裹裹),或通过以下网址查询:

https://parceltraces.com/

二、打包与配送时效说明

英国境内处理时效:订单成功下单后,通常需要 1-2 个工作日打包并扫描;

国际运输时效:约 5-10 天,实际时效受海关清关效率、航班运力、旺季波动等因素影响;

国内末端配送时效:包裹完成目的地海关清关并移交目的地国快递后,末端配送至您的收货地址通常需要 1-3 个工作日。

注:工作日不含目的地国家的法定节假日、周末,以及海关查验导致的延误时间。

三、配送地址要求

您需提供完整、准确、有效的真实收货地址;

您有责任确保下单时填写的收货地址、联系电话、收件人信息准确无误,因客户提供错误信息导致的配送失败、包裹退运,D2CHINA不承担相关责任;

订单打包前如需修改收货地址,请立即联系客服团队取消订单(取消细则详见“条款与责任”);订单打包后无法修改地址。

四、异常情况处理

若包裹物流超出标准时效未更新,请您凭 SD 追踪单号联系客服团队,我们将在 1 个工作日内新建工单,并尽快完成核查并同步最新状态;

若包裹因配送失败、地址错误等原因被退回,您需承担全部退运运费,如申请重新派送,还需承担二次运输的相关费用;

因不可抗力事件(包括但不限于自然灾害、航班取消、海关查验、政府管控、疫情防控等)导致的包裹延误、丢失,D2CHINA不承担相关责任。

1. Shipment Tracking Service

Each parcel is assigned a unique SD tracking number, allowing you to monitor the full logistics journey from the UK to the destination. You can track your shipment using the following methods:

Log in to the D2CHINA website, go to “My Account”, and track your order directly from the order page.

Use your SD tracking number on third-party tracking platforms in China (such as Kuaidi100 or Cainiao), or via the following website:

2. Processing and Delivery Timeframes

UK handling time: Orders are typically packed and scanned within 1–2 working days after successful placement.

International transit time: Approximately 5–10 days. Actual delivery time may vary due to customs clearance efficiency, flight capacity, and peak season fluctuations.

Final-mile delivery: After customs clearance and handover to the local courier in the destination country, delivery to your address usually takes 1–3 working days.

Note: Working days exclude public holidays, weekends in the destination country, and delays caused by customs inspections.

3. Delivery Address Requirements

You must provide a complete, accurate, and valid delivery address.

You are responsible for ensuring that all recipient details (address, contact number, and recipient name) are correct at the time of placing the order. D2CHINA is not liable for delivery failures or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

If you need to amend the delivery address before the order is packed, please contact customer service immediately to cancel the order (please refer to the Terms and Conditions for cancellation details). Once the order has been packed, the address cannot be changed.

4. Handling of Exceptional Situations

If tracking information has not been updated beyond the standard timeframe, please contact customer service with your SD tracking number. A support ticket will be created within 1 working day, and we will investigate and update you as soon as possible.

If a parcel is returned due to delivery failure or incorrect address, you will be responsible for all return shipping costs. If re-delivery is requested, additional shipping fees will also apply.

D2CHINA is not liable for delays or losses caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, flight cancellations, customs inspections, government restrictions, or public health measures.
