1. Returns and Refund Policy
We offer returns or refunds within 7 days of receipt under the following circumstances:
- Product quality issues: Customers must provide a testing report or official brand confirmation to prove the quality issue. Customers are required to pay the return shipping cost upfront and send the item back. The shipping cost will be reimbursed.
- Incorrect items received: Customers must pay for return shipping upfront and return the item to the designated address. Shipping costs will be reimbursed upon receipt.
- Expired products: No return is required. Customers may apply for a refund by providing supporting evidence such as photos.
- Returns for personal reasons: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs and any applicable duties/taxes. Returns must be sent to the designated overseas warehouse.
2. Order Cancellation Policy
- Before packing: Contact customer service to cancel (between 09:00–17:00 UK time). No charge applies.
- After packing: Contact customer service to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed. If successful, a fee of £2 per order will apply.
- Unable to dispatch (e.g. missing ID verification): Contact customer service to cancel packed orders. A fee of £2 per order will apply.
- After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible.
3. Non-Returnable Situations
Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:
- Items not purchased from this Website.
- Used items or items with damaged packaging.
- Damage caused by improper use.
- Minor damage during transit that does not affect usage.
- Return requests submitted more than 7 days after receipt.
