1. 退货及退款政策

我们承诺在以下情况下,客户可以在签收商品后7天内申请退货或退款:

  • 商品质量问题:客户需提供检测报告或品牌确认书证明商品存在质量问题。退货时,客户需垫付退货费用,并寄回商品,运费将予以报销。
  • 收到商品与订单不符:客户需垫付退货运费,并将商品寄回指定地址,运费将在收到后报销。
  • 商品已过保质期:无需退货,客户提供照片等证明材料后,可办理退款。
  • 个人原因退货:商品未经使用且包装完好,客户承担所有国际物流费用和税费。退货包裹需寄往指定海外仓。

2. 取消订单政策
  • 商品未打包时: 联系客服进行取消 (英国时间09: 00至 17: 00 内),无任何收费。
  • 商品已打包时: 联系客服申请取消,但是取消订单无法确保,如操作成功,收费£2/单,
  • 商品无法出库 (如无法提供身份证照片): 联系客服申请对已经打包完成的订单撤销,收费£2/单。
  • 商品已经发货:取消不可执行。

3. 不予退货的情况 以下情况不接受退货或退款:
  1. 非本网站购买的商品。
  2. 商品已使用或包装损坏。
  3. 因用户使用不当导致的损坏。
  4. 运输中的轻微损坏,且不影响使用。
  5. 签收7天后提交的退货申请。

4. 丢失和破损理赔
  • 包裹丢失:包裹出库7天后无物流更新,可申请调查,确认丢失后赔偿订单支付金额。
  • 包裹破损:客户需在签收后7天内提交破损证明,赔偿实际支付金额。

5. 延迟赔付

我们无法对因第三方物流公司、航空公司或海关延迟造成的运输延误进行赔偿。


6. 免责条款 我们对所有赔付方式和金额拥有最终解释权,不承担因以下原因导致的损失:
  1. 物流承运商疏忽或延误。
  2. 清关或海关政策变化。
  3. 地址错误或信息不完整。
  4. 天气、自然灾害或其他不可控因素。

7. 条款变更

D2CHINA 保留随时修改本服务条款的权利。条款变更将在网站发布并即时生效,继续使用即表示接受修改后的条款。

Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided when you use the D2CHINA website (including related applications, hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) and govern the relationship between you and D2CHINA. By using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.

To purchase products on the Website, you must register as an authorised user, and additional terms and conditions may apply. D2CHINA reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


1. Returns and Refund Policy

We offer returns or refunds within 7 days of receipt under the following circumstances:

  • Product quality issues: Customers must provide a testing report or official brand confirmation to prove the quality issue. Customers are required to pay the return shipping cost upfront and send the item back. The shipping cost will be reimbursed.
  • Incorrect items received: Customers must pay for return shipping upfront and return the item to the designated address. Shipping costs will be reimbursed upon receipt.
  • Expired products: No return is required. Customers may apply for a refund by providing supporting evidence such as photos.
  • Returns for personal reasons: Items must be unused and in original packaging. Customers are responsible for all international shipping costs and any applicable duties/taxes. Returns must be sent to the designated overseas warehouse.

2. Order Cancellation Policy
  • Before packing: Contact customer service to cancel (between 09:00–17:00 UK time). No charge applies.
  • After packing: Contact customer service to request cancellation. Cancellation is not guaranteed. If successful, a fee of £2 per order will apply.
  • Unable to dispatch (e.g. missing ID verification): Contact customer service to cancel packed orders. A fee of £2 per order will apply.
  • After dispatch: Cancellation is not possible.

3. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns or refunds will not be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. Items not purchased from this Website.
  2. Used items or items with damaged packaging.
  3. Damage caused by improper use.
  4. Minor damage during transit that does not affect usage.
  5. Return requests submitted more than 7 days after receipt.

4. Loss and Damage Claims
  • Lost parcels: If there is no tracking update 7 days after dispatch, an investigation can be requested. Once confirmed lost, compensation will be based on the amount paid for the order.
  • Damaged parcels: Customers must submit proof of damage within 7 days of receipt. Compensation will be based on the actual amount paid.

5. Delay Compensation

We are not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics providers, airlines, or customs authorities.


6. Disclaimer

D2CHINA reserves the right of final interpretation regarding all compensation methods and amounts. We are not responsible for losses caused by:

  1. Negligence or delays by logistics carriers.
  2. Customs clearance issues or policy changes.
  3. Incorrect or incomplete address information.
  4. Weather, natural disasters, or other uncontrollable factors.

7. Amendments

D2CHINA reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon publication on the Website. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
